As of now, only a function for calculating the footprint is implemented.

footprint(dt_index, t_air, a, p, u, cov_uw, ...)	Top-level footprint function.
footprint_kormann(dt_index, t_air, a, p, u, ...)	Footprint function to calculate the footprint after Kormann & Meixner (2001).
