Sap flow¶

The sapflow packages includes helpful functions to process and analyze sap flow data.

`sap_flow`(vs, dbh, species[, depths, ...])	Calculate sap flow from sap velocity and sapwood area.
`sap_velocity`([method])	Sap velocity calculation
`heat_pulse_velocity`(temperatures, m_c, ...)	Calculate heat pulse velocity from temperature measurements of sensors using the heat pulse / heat ratio method.
`sapwood_area`(dbh, species[, sapwood_depth, ...])	Sapwood area calculation
`_sap_velocity_East30_3needle`(dTu, dTd[, ru, rd])	Sap velocity for East30 Sensor
